Q: Hey, can anyone tell me what kind of strings are on this bass that I just bought? They're metal with some thread wrapped around both ends. The top one is biggest and they seem to get smaller as the go across. Thanks in advance.

Oh, and if I decide to get new strings, what should I get? I play mostly rock, Alt-rock, math-rock, blues, alt-country, jazz and baroque.

So I come to work at school this morning and for grins open up the TB Forum. Randomly going through some of the posts... many that sound...... for lack of a better word.... ********

and I open up this thread................I read the whole thing. It mad my day...no my week... possibly my month... Many thanks and the compilation by Troy.... Is there any way that can be sold (suitable for framing) of course...
