These amps are notorious for the dials breaking. The problem is that the dial posts themselves break. Are the posts replaceable as well or is there more to it than that?

It could be done, but most of what look like pots on the front are actually encoders and not just plain volume controls - Contact Behringer Music Tribe and they can guide you to a repair option.
