Nowice! I have a RS212. Really wanting to add a 210, but not easy to find. Saw a K210 locally, but I'm not sure.
I also own 2 K212's and they are very nice cabs as well. I don't think you can go wrong with either. Here is a picture from the last time I used them at the same venue.
I normally use them vertically, but every now and then I also like to use them horizontally.
They are very nice cabinets. The Tolex is very thick and durable and also has a beautiful grain to it. The Lavoce speakers also sound very clear with a good amount of low end and the Eminence Tweeter is not overdone. The highs are clear, but not shrill or piercing. Plus I think they look really nice in person, much better than on pictures.
I also own cabs by Genz Benz, Orange and GK and I would put the TC cabs right up there with them. If I didn't, I wouldn't still be owning them.
Well today,managed to snag,TC switch 3 pedal and the BH250 in the trade I mentioned other day. Been experimenting with the switch pedal. Trying to decide to keep both amps or not now? Things sort of snowball on me sometimes.

Have a question about the tuner for the BH250. With tuner activated indicator lights stays on,and when it is muted they stay on? I have two BH250's,and one of them the indicator lights stay on,active or muted. One of them indicator lights only shows when muted? I am sure it don't affect them either way. Actually prefer the indicator lights off active,and playing. Anyone have that happen to you,that have a BH250?
I had a BH500 and the lights stayed active all the time. My RH450 does that in a way, where it shows tuning even when not muted.
Seeking so thoughts on a matter that raised it ugly head last night.... background info here.
Running the 450 into a RS2x10 with a Broughton HPF for personal practice. Active Pedulla bass, tone controls set to almost flat. Also, just pickup up a TC Sub n Up and have been running it through it's paces.
I am finding that using the 450 and the octave pedal is resulting in a chorusing effect and a cut out of signal from the amp. I then plugged everything into an old Traynor tube amp I have lying around and the sound was perfect, no chorus, no nasty distortion coming from the speaker.
I am wondering if the compressor is creating this effect or is the Sub n Up over-driving the input of the amp? Also, the cab sounds like it is being over-driven in the low end with the 450, I'm getting what sounds like over excursion from the cone/break up, which is not at all present using the Traynor. Volume is set low, you could easily have a conversation with someone in the same room.
So, is the 450 not wanting to play nice with the Sub n Up, do I have settings on the amp that are causing this issue and might anyone have any suggestions on what to look at?

A couple of things I would check:
1) Do a continuity test on the speaker cable - make sure it's not shorting or intermittent.
2) Adjust the tweeter level on the back of the speaker... give it a few turns back and forth and see if that resolves the problem.
Otherwise, it really doesn't make sense to run an HPF into the RH450. It has a baked-in HPF that works in tandem with the output stage. There's a lot of DSP going on in the RH-Series amps.

Thanks for the tips @frankie5string, I wasn't aware of the HPF in the 450. I turn my tweeter off on my 2x10 so I assume it is out of the picture so to speak, but I will give it a go tonight. I'm pretty sure that the speaker cable is good as I can crank the amp with no ill affects.
I'm beginning to think that the two HPFs may be fighting each other, but that's just a feeble minded guess on my part. I'll pull the Broughton out of the chain tonight and see what happens.

Is there a way of deselecting the presets once one is selected? Just wondering if you can get back to the "flat" setting at switch on.

You can return the settings to default on power up, but I would assume that means clearing any settings you've made, including presets (maybe it doesn't, but I'm not going to test it), and I don't believe that's what you mean.
I'm really not trying to come across as a jerk about it, but as I read your question I can't help logic returning me to the fact that a "one-step selection of across the board settings that can be done on the head or preferably on the pedal" is exactly what the preset buttons are for. So, the answer to your question is, if you regularly want to return to the default settings, then save those settings as one of your presets. If your response to that is "No, no, I want all three presets AND I simply want to be able to press a button and have it return to the default settings" ...you are really saying that you want a fourth preset button.
That said, holding the three buttons while turning it on is supposed to be the factory reset...maybe it only resets the current state and doesn't erase the presets. Maybe someone can answer that or if you have the willingness to redo everything, you can try it and find out.
There is no assigned way to do that without resetting the entire amplifier.
TC recommends that, if you want to do that, you should use one memory spot for the default setting, and you can press that memory button to reset to factory defaults.

You are right. I was hoping you coukd dial in sound as your "flat" sound fir a particular event and still have the 3 presets.

I read somewhere if you powered on the amp while holding the 3 memory buttons down, it will revert to the factory settings. Good luck.
That WILL do it, but it will also erase any presets. Hence using up a preset to store the default.
That's the setup I had before I got the RH450. The BH250 and the switch 3. Since you can save two toneprints in the head and switch between them using the S3 it worked out good. I wish they could be combined but Oh Well. I could fit the BH250 in my outside pocket of my gig bag with the cords. I'd grab that and an RS112 and head out. Everything I needed for a small gig or one with FOH support and less than 35 pounds total.
I've had the RH450 for years, probably within a year of it coming to market. At the time, I couldn't justify the extra cost of the RC4 foot switch. Brand new, they're still pretty hard to justify. Used, they're very elusive. I finally got a deal on a used one after looking with a fair bit of regularity for over a year (maybe 2). So happy! Now how to incorporate it into my pedal board...
I'm thinking I really like the rubber bottom and don't want to mess it up with glue from the Velcro. Probably I'll zip tie it onto my board.

Same exact situation for me but I haven't found a good deal used yet. Still looking, maybe someday
