I guess you guys would be the best to ask -- I need to replace one of the graphic EQ sliders on my HexaValve -- any idea where to get one?
I looked on Brit Audio Srvc and they have Series 6 and SMX Slide Potentiometers...not sure if either of those would do, or if I could get one elsewhere.

Those look to be the same as the smx EQ sliders.
Call them. They will tell you for sure.

You can find them on ebay occasionally. British Audio has them, occasionally.

Best bet is to buy a non working Trace Elliot preamp and take it out of that.

They are the same as smx and series 6 , but you wont find them in black, replace them all with white. The mark 5 are different and wont fit ( if youcan even find any )

Fantastic amp - I'm jealous. I missed out on one of these about a year ago, because I couldnt scrape the cash together. Been kicking myself ever since.

Hope you find the parts you're looking for. As others have mentioned, I think the Series 6 and SMX would be the same. Good luck.

Times that by 8 and you'd max out the AH1200SM at a 2400 watt peak!

ATM, I have a Trace AH 500 and I have an old Series 6...debating on what to use since I also have a couple non Trace that are intensely powerful and will help me blow through walls...

I had an 8x10 years ago. Sounded amazing, but I still can't hear properly out of my left ear. And it was a beast to move, especially in its flightcase.
