Telecaster Bass build

Looks really nice. Not to toss cold water, but I've got a Tele-style body with Fenderesque headstock scaled down mandolin on the bench right now.
Yeah --- it ain't a bass - not even a guitar. But a commission to build it has been in motion for over a year, so I've gotta get it up ASAP.

Not as heavy as you may think. It tilts a bit, to horizontal and then stops.

A word to the wise - Just don't try and join the Tele Bass Club on TB with it. Last I looked, they don't allow the REAL telecaster body shape over there. It's a very tough room.

Good idea, but my instincts are that there probably already is an appropriate one.

Hi all. Sorry to drag up this old thread. Anyone have dimensions or a dimensioned plan/template for that bass? I want to build one of these, but I'm having trouble working out the dimensions completely. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Looking for a template like the one at the start of the thread. A traditional Tele guitar-style body.
Bump. I’ve been looking all over for a pdf template for a bass-sized Tele body. Or a G&L ASAT, etc. This is the closest I’ve seen. I’m about to start my second build, a 32” scale Tele bass, but I need all the help I can get. This will be my first neck build.
