If you can't relieve it with the various methods of rest, pain management, targeted exercises, and bracing, surgery is the answer I'm afraidI have been struggling with this condition for a couple of months. Very frustrating.
Any helpful suggestions on how to deal with it would be greatly appreciated.
I have been trying all the YouTube ideas but not getting anywhere.
thanks in advance.

I think maybe about 3 weeks before I wasn’t afraid to bang it around. I could play about then too but I think I milked it a bit longer to get out of household choresThanks for the feedback DJ. how long was the recovery period from surgery??
(I am NOT a doctor)....... This is what I was going to suggest. It was a big Velcro strap that wrapped tightly just below my elbow surprisingly helped the pain immensely. It took several months of constant wear, but the condition did finally resolve on its own. I feel for you. That is not fun.Have you tried rest and wearing one of those arm bands designed for tennis elbow? That worked for me.
+1. I used ice compression sleeves to ice and eliminate swelling (I also had bursitis) and modified or eliminated movements that were causing the issue.I had it a few years ago from weightlifting. All I can do is commiserate- it really sucks. Mine did eventually go away on its own with the help of doing some twisting strengthening exercises, but it took like six or seven months.
Go to an ortho and tell them what’s going on, you’ll need tests unless you have already gotten that far down the path.I have been struggling with this condition for a couple of months. Very frustrating.
