well, maybe I know why so cheap ..severely disappointed. volume on 370 not even at 3...farts..bad..know the amp is good...played it a few times through an older GK 210 with copper faced cones (model?) & sounded incredible even on vol 5 with absolutely no distress. both 8 ohm cabs so 370 shouldn't be delivering maybe 125watts. taking it back to GC. Might get the 210 instead. ugh.

Save your money. Wait until you have enough for a new acoustic USA 360. Last bass amp you'll ever have to buy.

I know, Nick. George is only 20min from me. until then I think I'll start my own thread ...crappy bassists with crappy gear who desperately want it to sound great....lol! seriously, I will have that rig someday...don't know what I'll need it for, but I will have it!

You're only 20 minutes away???!!!
Drive over, see George, take your favorite axe, PLAY THE 360! It's a killer. I drove 5 hours from Toronto (in a snowstorm in February). Guys have come from Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky - even SWEDEN. Try it, you'll like it!
Then PM me and tell me that I'm not exaggurating.

ha ha! I knew you'd be jealous given my proximity :-) George is friends with the leader of our church band, so I've been following the progress of his endeavour for a long time. also have a friend that works at the electronic co. nearby that actually makes the guts. I'm sure these things rock! I hope that someday they make the 410 cab that you see the prototype of on the unofficial message board. I'm sure I would use that and would be waaaay more in my price range!
