I'd lime to join! I use the new Acoustic amps: I dual amp with my GT-10B, sending the cleans to a B115 cab and the dirt to a B410, each powered by it's own B200H. And I LOVE it. Nearly 5 feet tall

Yep, thanks. I do remember seeing the wire hole filled with glue when I removed the speaker. Good that they plug the leak!
I won't be doing anything soon. I'm a total noob and still learning to make music come out from that big speaker. But when I do tear into it, I was thinking of not running the wires back down the hole. Instead, I'll install a jack (or 2) on the back of the amp and install a jack (or 2) on the back of the cab. Then make a short cable to connect the amp to cab. This way, it will be easy whenever I want to remove the amp, and it will be more versatile if I ever want to connect to a different (or more) cabs. (Making sure, of course, I don't load the amp to less than 4 Ω.)

well, i got bit by the acoustic bug again, and just bought a 370 head and another 320 head over the weekend to go with my two 408 cabs. they should be here later this coming week. 
Nice, another 370 owner. I got mine out of the storage facility. It's missing an EQ slider/pot and knob, I guess I'll have to chase the link earlier in the thread and get the pot and sort it out.
Still sounds great, though, even through my Avatar 1x12 cab.

Does that mean you'll have a 320 for each 408? May I recommend getting a 330 as well? The addition of an overdrive control is pure bliss on bass - and heck... Jaco used one to power his 408 so you'd be in good company.

no, i'll only have one 320. i used the term 'another' since it'll be the third one that i've owned. i had a 320/408 rig back in the early 80's, and i regretfully sold a mint 320 head about 6 months ago, so this'll be my third one.
