Decided to buy back the 126 I had, loaded with a CB154. Will throw in a 220 to beef it up, and turn it into a sleeper combo

I’d love to purchase a ticket for your emerging Acoustic Control Corp museum.Decided to buy back the 126 I had, loaded with a CB154. Will throw in a 220 to beef it up, and turn it into a sleeper combo![]()

Actually playing our basses(What would we be doing right now if there was no internet?)

Can you imagine a 220 upgraded 126 chassis with a capable 2 ohm woofer? That might be fun.
With a 220 in a 126 combo, you can go 2 ohm together with a 402 or 406w cab. Enough reason to free up some space once again
Coolness!Got the speakers back for my 106...
370?Hmmm. This has got me thinking.
I have one of those up here in Canada. Mine is much nicer.
Maybe its time to find it a new home.
It certainly has the most features: 2channels, plus reverb.
With the strap handle on the side and this one on top, you can pretty easily carry it at an angle and tilt it into a vehicle, or heft it up/down stairs. Sweet!A proper bass amp.View attachment 3226383
I added a handle to help cart it around with. The 106 has one silly strap handle on the side, so you can carry it like a suitcase... in case you're built like Andre the Giant. With the strap handle on the side and this one on top, you can pretty easily carry it at an angle and tilt it into a vehicle, or heft it up/down stairs.
