Picked myself up a B20 from the local GC yesterday. It was tagged at $149, but they matched their own website at $129 and then gave me the 10% off for the Thanksgiving coupon I had, bringing it down to $116. A great little amp for a spectacular price.

So, can I get a number too?

Hey all, I just picked up a new B200 combo at last Friday's sale. It was a floor model, but it had never been plugged in (the sales guy had to unwrap the power cord). I got it for $245. It sounds good, but it has what sounds like a 60-cycle hum, even with nothing plugged into it. It's not terrible, but it's there. Is this normal for the Acoustic stuff?

I see this name Acoustic and feel kinda old? Gig'd with a 360 for a decade, had the 300 watt class A amp in the bottom of the 18" folded horn cab. Still have a 215 cab! Who is the new company? A release of the 360???

Currently using an ACC 450 head thru a 301 folded horn. I can't believe ACC never marketed these two together. I tell friends it's a 451 even though no such beast exists. What a combo!

Was the 301 the same as the 360 without the power amp? I still remember a tech at Acoustic sticking his head inside my cab with his mouth open to keep from blowing his ear drums, listening for air leaks. His eyes were watering when he pulled his head out!

Same cab less power amp, as described above. Same dimensions and just as awe-inspiring ,with the same kill zone.

Kill zone....I like it. Only time I really got to push mine was at a mall opening. They heard me 3 1/2 miles away over the ocean waves, then they told me to turn down

Mine's fairly retired as of late and relegated to my den/practice space. I sometimes run a 150B with it for a little less "menacing" tone. BTW, I'd aim mine at our singer when he was off-key to roust him back in tune. (Or the ER)

I've been wanting to post this vid of Santana bassist and groove master David Brown using a 150B with what sounds like a 301 cab.

My old drummer can't hear low frequencies even 25 years later in his left ear, the guitardist killed the highs in his right ear. WEAR EAR PROTECTION GUYS!
