The All New Julie Slick thread

maybe a flash drive?

That would solve the problem of getting it from one computer to another, but not the bigger problem of burning DVDs -- which requires having the software and knowledge to edit the file into two parts (because it won't fit on a single disc). Like THand, I wanted my own copy on DVD so I could watch it on my TV/stereo, and I suspect there might be others in the same situation -- in addition to others who can't download the 6G file in the first place for one reason or another.

With that issue in mind, let me rephrase my solicitation: How many folks would buy the download if, for a few extra bucks (to cover costs of packaging, shipping, and discs), they could get it by mail in the form of two (computer-burned) DVD's?

The good news for Julie is that she has lots of fans and supporters here at TB who will be more than happy to open their wallets for her. The bad news is that, as a motley bunch of bass players, many of us won't find anything in there when we do. Good luck with it, Julie! I'll be doing my part....
