THE BONGO CLUB (Part 2, 3 and infinity)

I'm looking at potentially getting a Bongo. Most probably a 5 HH. I can't decide between the Blood Orange or the Mantis Green. I'll most probably have to thin the herd. From what I've heard of the Bongo's, I love the sound. Looking forward to trying to one out soon.

I'm beginning to think whoever is managing this thread isn't paying attention to this anymore.
I just went through this whole thread and the member that was administering and providing numbers has not responded to this thread since 2015 and has not posted anything to TB in about a year. I hope all is well with him.

I already handle the numbering duties for the Fender Jazz and Epiphone Rumblekat clubs, I can take over this one too if there are no objections or if someone else wants to take over. Either way, let me know.

I DM'd Alvaro Martin Gomez and he said he is no longer active on this board and said I can take over. I'm currently halfway thru Part 1 gathering all the member names and their respective numbers and adding them to a spreadsheet. It will take a few days to gather all the information and get everything up to date. I will post the updates here when completed.

OK I completed the research on all threads and compiled all the numbers. There are still several members that asked for a number that never received one. So far, please welcome these newest members:

Myung apparently had switched the hardware to black hardware on his Sunset Orange:

It looks even better that way.

If you want to mimic it, EBMM sells the parts as replacements. Shop Ernie Ball Music Man - Parts Shop for Music Man Guitars and Basses

You can get the tuner keys if you live in the US, which may be an issue for you since your photo seems to have a Euro-esque background. There is an option for chrome or black (link to bass side tuners below).

Lightweight Spade Bass Tuning Key for B, E, A or D Strings

Music Man won't sell bridges to normal people, though. 'Tis a bummer for those of us who may want a black bridge and tuners...

I've just been made aware of this club, and the fact that I don't have a number. Hoping to remedy that. Here are my 2 desert gold bongos.
