... plug into my Ampeg BA108v2 combo practice amp and you know what? For what it is, it sounds really good. Not asking for of it than it was made to do. At a Reasonable Volume ™ it sounds very much like Aunt Peg would approve of it during afternoon tea.
Far and away its most useful feature for me is a volume adjustment for the AUX IN. Its headphone out is my Flintstones method of synching with a click track for recording.
Best 99 spacebucks ever spent IMO YMMV have a cigar you're going to go far

Most Sunday mornings we play as a threesome or foursome. Last Sunday being the church’s tenth anniversary, we had 8 musicians (the full current set plus our previous worship pastor), so the sound person asked me to run line out to the board. She only asked me to turn my 2xR100 stack down a little bit below what I've been using. This provided a base level for the house and still gave her the control she needed for the overall mix, adding bass in the PA as needed. I could still hear and hear my bass fine through the Rumbles. My wife said it sounded good where she sat. It sounded good where I was. Winning!
I recently learned that the MB150S was discontinued. I've had one since the early, early nineties. Utterly reliable, flexible sound, totally professional patching facilities, and portable as all "get out." When an amp this iconic is thrown by the wayside, I have to wonder about the future of the world.
Totally with you. I have two of the MB150E models - one has a tendency to drop signal after it warms up, and past amp techs have not been able to fix it. The second one is beat all up, but plays fine. Great little amps!

Here's the venue where this rig was played. Maybe the biggest venue with the smallest rig? We're set up at the far end behind the boards in the Party Zone.

I know, right? We've played for the Nuggets and the Avalanche to packed houses (with another coming up in April), but this the best crowd for a lacrosse game we've had yet. And they finally cranked us up to a decent level in the mains.A packed house for a lacrosse match?!
I love that hockey and lacrosse are growing. We don't have lacrosse where I'm at but we support our local minor league hockey team for all their home games.

Until it gets too cold, we play outside the arena as people are coming in. Generally get 3-5,000 people hanging out for a while. Short sets and the pay is great!

My Rumble 100 Combo covers arrived from Custom Amp Covers. They seem to be well made and fit the amps without being too snug or excessively floppy. The added side pockets are huge; they will easily contain power cords and connecting cables.
They quote shipping from Bulgaria. I’m guessing they bulk ship order lots to the USA, where they get reshipped. The mailing label was generated from Braselton, GA. Postage was paid in DC. The shipment was from Bar Harbor, ME, through Braselton, to here (Austin, TX area), per USPS tracking. Not really puzzling, but you will find things a puzzle.
One amp in cover, one amp on cover.
