I always spell amoodymule with a lower case letter, 'couse if I use a Big A, it looks like I'm a big donkeys big brown bahooka
The new Rumble 200 kicked it good last Saturday, I'm gonna like playing gigs with this amp, Rumblin' on![]()
Not much of a joiner, but I think I'll fit here... for bigger venues, a Bag End D10B-D (no tweeter) adds just what’s needed to my trusty old SWR Super Redhead… a fan in the single rack space pushes cool air through the head for the 2-ohm load; and a Sansamp BDDI adds character. The Spellbinder Blue cops the tone of the big rig for smaller stuff.

Lol. Blame it on spellcheck, Mule. You wouldn't believe how many upper-case letters I've had to change, but I must've missed yours. Thanks for letting me know!

Sincere thanks. (I was post #262.)
But then I picked up this brand new for $599!

Only slightly larger than my Promethean, but the sound is HUGE! It's everything a bass amp should be and the VLE (Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator) and VPF (Variable Pre-shape Filter) filters along with the 4-band equalizer provide plenty of different tones.
When I'm plugged into this little monster the tone control on my basses are more responsive than they've ever been before, too.
Guitar Center had a three-day sale for Father's Day. They're selling for $759 now...I guess the old price of $899 is a thing of the past.[/QUOTE]Where did you get it for $599?!! I'd love a deal like that...![]()

I'm like it so much, I'm thinking about buying this.

Hey everyone, did ya notice your humble secretary changed his humble avatar for like the first time in centuries? I figured since I'm a humble member of the Combo Club I might as well have a humble combo amp letting people know I represent. Doesn't mean I still don't love my Portaflex rig, but this new combo of mine knows it's stolen my heart this summer. Of course, I'm still waiting on the Fender cover that's been backordered since what seems like the early 1920s. By the time it finally gets here the amp will have probably outgrown it!
Okay, we need a new topic to get some good conversation going. If ya have something you want to chime in with please do. I'm waiting for a really deep user's report on a popular modeling amp (if you know what I mean).

.Well, as a humble voting member of this club, I vote for the humble secretary to purchase a Stage or Studio, change his avatar again and become a really deep user, with lots of reports.
Anyone else vote for this ?.
