Wow! It generates so much heat that it needs all those fans to cool it off.

Yep true Mike..but they have their own share of bushfires too from news reports we've had.
All up though everybody, the animal losses due to all fires in all states of Australia so far total 1/2 BILLION deaths. Animals, including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, birds, reptiles etc etc and the list goes on as does the terrible accounting.

I grieve for you and those in your land, Giff. My fears are Oceania may be the first undeniable evidence of the catastrophic events that were supposed to be 30-50 years from now. I pray it’s not, as I do for what happened in our California, but you can only come with so many excuses before you have to realize what is.
That being said, I’d love to pile up the plane with all our TB friends and visit you sometime!
