Adj, you were anointed the number #173 a little bit ago, and I'm glad you're active with us. It's getting that I'm having a harder time remembering who on the team without having to resort to my list, BUT I'm remedying that as of today because school, as of yesterday, officially wrapped up with kidlings. I've gotta couple of weeks of meetings here and there before I'm a free man...until August. In the meantime, we're plotting and planning how we're launching the year: at school, at home, or a mix of the two. Think tube, solid-state, and hybrid!
Regardless, I'm back to making the club a major summer to-do. That is, after learning to play the bass again. Ooh, I'm a rusty bucket right now, but I've got "Eye of the Tiger" to help me get my groove back on.
On an unrelated note and M, you'll appreciate this one. Yesterday before supper I was down here messing around and am currently running through the PBJ, when after getting called to eat, I was told by #2 that there sure was a lot of bass coming up through the floor. I was like, huh? She said, yeah, it was a throbbing through the upstairs and wondered what I was playing through, the Stage 800? I replied, uhh, the Double Four with my compressor on. She comes back with, you mean that little red car battery? (I do love her so!) I said, yes, the little one. So to the Phil Jones curious, under just the right conditions, you can be heard and felt!
And it sounds really good too...
