I have a GTBD-7 and I've made a rough version of a ramp with some scrap pieces of wood lying around the house just to see how it feel. I found that I love how it feels and how I'm able to play with a much lighter touch. Here's my question: does anyone have a ramp on their Conklin and if so, did you make it yourself or can it be purchased? Thanks!

my modded GT7 before the aguilar pre(only visual difference now is I there is a stacked bass/treble knobs because i went from 2 band to 3 band), love the flame maple top on this bass. hoping to order a custom when my cars paid or if I can find the devil and make a deal. lol seriously though I am pretty jealous of the owners of these custom conklins on here. Nice basses guys

Heres my baby. This one is special because it was picked out (and owned by) the Buddha himself. Grabbed it from him many years ago when he switched to his white basses.

Nice man! Did you get his real signature on it? I think I'm going to convert the natural finish one. I'd like to get my hands on one of his white ones.

From time to time, I drop by the Conklin website & look around. I checked the New Century link today and noticed that 8- and 9-strings are now available in the New Century Series. (Prevously, I remember a maximum listed of 7-strings.)
