On top of that, the B5 is basically identical to the SR500. Though the B5 is cheaper and likely better build quality.

Yep - and better hardware I think. My info is that he bought a new Indo Ibanez Active 5er for about US$300, so your guess is as good as mine re which one it might be. For that, I can't see it being within a bull's roar of the B5, but maybe I'm wrong.

Either way, Daddy's happy!:bassist:

(and can I have a number please?)

Send MadMark5 a pm for a number.

hello cort-maniacs !

I've recently tested a very cool bass in a shop, a fretless version of the GB-74 ... the exact reference was something like CORT GB-74-P-FL-BBS (with a piezzo, fretless version, satin brownburst finish)
the bass was a blast ... a bit hard to deal with the complex preamp, mixing the piezo with the pickups, but the sound is really cool.

and the shop dealer told me that this bass (that I knew little about, that was the first time I saw one for real) does exist in a 5 strings version, probably something like CORT GB-75-P-FL-BBS (aaah I love these references :D )

and of course, I've googled for a picture of this 5 strings version ... but nothing came. The bass doesn't even exist on the Cort website.

does someone knows about this 5 strings fretless GB ??

do my squier pro tones qualify?
These were made by Cort ....

nothing ??

Actually, so was my Hamer SATF g*****.

Well, if Cort's non Cort builds count, besides my three Corts, I have two Squier/Corts(Fretless VM Jazz&Delux Active V), and two Traben's that have a good chance of being Cort made.

Needless to say, I believe they do good work!:D

Cort's own instrument lines = mega underrated, btw!

Edit: It seems I haven't said it enough in the post so here's a few extra Corts for you to add in if necessary - Cort Cort Cort Cort.
