BEHOLD !! My 2005 Jay Turser Scarabe' bass, from their discontinued "Future" Series. (My camera broke down, so I am including a "stock" photo from one of their advertisements in 2005. I will replace this photo with one of my actual bass, as soon as I get my camera repaired). These came in 3 colors: Black, Red, and Silver, and no case was offered or available.

There are some great basses on this thread! I remember drooling over some of them before I could afford a bass. Nice! Keep 'em coming!

I do miss my Warwick FNA's (2nd and 3rd from right in the pic). As a thumb on the pickup player, I have recently developed tendenitis in the right thumb, due to increased gig frequency and the use of J and PJ pickup arrangements. I bet the FNA or a good MM would allow me to keep my wrist straighter and alleviate some of the discomfort. The alternative is to take a sabbatical from gigging, to heal, and that is not an option when one is otherwise unemployed.

I saw this at one of my local music shops back in June of last year. Kept trying to come up with the scratch, and life kept getting in the way. Wife says after this, no new (to me) instruments for a year. I think it's worth it.

Rules:

1) Must have at one point been a factory model that was mass produced (no customs- we already have tons of threads for those).

2) The model must not be in production right now. Doesn't count if they have moved factories/countries/changed colors but are still making the bass.

3) No trying to bend the rules with the year of your bass. Yeah we know they aren't making your '68 Precision anymore- but they are still making Precisions.
