I'm sure I would have liked this post anyway, but "slugs ya in the cods" sealed the deal.I love the vintage round sound outta the 115 Bassman Pro Neo cabs but on the other end of the spectrum. ...it sounds great thru the Berg AE410 too. And the NV412 ....and the SVT810E.
I've used it thru the Fender Bassman Pro Neo 610 too which sounded great too. But I still think the NV412 is king. Better even than the 810E and just punchier than both the 115 & 610 Bassmans. Still retains the vintage-ey vibe (I s'pose no tweeter & being sealed helps this) but slugs ya in the cods like none other I've tried.

Where did you get to play it thru the 610 Neo Rod?
So I'm a few gigs down with the Superbassman, and am really impressed. The thing sounds fantastic, and I'm very happy with the move to tubes.
However I'm yet to have a sound guy that will mic it up (I have asked). It's either their DI or the DI on the amp. A part of me's wondering what's the point of it if all I'm getting is pre-powertubes to FOH - I could run a Bassman 500 and and get the same thing. What's everyone else doing? One option would be to invest in my own Radial JDX 48 DI and run it post amp. Or do people just put up with pre-power tubes going to FOH?
It does not. Another reason for why we should order a cover. However it's light enough that's it's easy to pick up and place straight in the back of my car without needing to slide it.On another topic - Does the 410 Neo have skid rails on the back like the 610? I can't find pics or info anywhere!

410 Neo incoming! Super pumped!
I hope so! In a perfect world I would have grabbed a 115 but this was 30% cheaper than anywhere else, and the same price as a 115 would've cost me. Really like the 610, so I'm sure I will. You're going to like that 410 Neo.![]()
