I've just found some time to have a good look at the postings here ... there's some lovely gear.

Funnily enough, considering I like a nice piece of exotic wood, and I prefer 5 strings , the things I really like here are the blank plank fender 4s ... that a/e in particular. I'm going to keep an eye out for one of those ... and a fretless neck for Invalid Link Removed.

Someone said the pointy-headstock version of the a/e was called an HMT ? I can confirm I've seen at least one of those on eBay .... I passed on it though, pointy headstocks aren't for me.

I would like to submit for membership into this fretless club. I currently own an Azola Bug Bass II, a Warwick Corvette Standard 5-string and a Birdsong Mesquito which are all blank planks. Love 'em! Here is the Birdsong Mesquito:
