I use mine the same way. My GAS wants to know how it will play with a Night Owl Edison through my Quilter BB800.

Come on. Please. I wasn't attacking anyone and wasn't upset at all. You are the one obviously hurt by a little deeper thought and some criticism about a product. My guess is either you're a crazy fanboy with blinders or an oversensitive millenial. Not everything is personal - you kept digging.
He can build whatever he wants - it looks and sounds like an awesome piece of gear that I still may try someday but sometimes builders do listen to people that potentially buy products for future development.

I'm on a "temporary" detour with my Qstrip (until I can put together the scratch for an Oracle &[DI option] or SLO ha ha), but won't part with my Tone Hammer for exactly this. It'll go on my secondary board... if I ever get around to actually building it. lol

You linked the builder into a small side argument completely unnecessarily and telling me to build my own is passive-aggressive. I just also wanted to have an opinion and it seems like you were not cool with someone having a small beef with something you obviously love.

Sorry for the derail guys - carry on, I won't beat this horse any more.

I linked the builder so you could give him the real life advice from a real life customer. Seems like a good way to tell a company what you'd like from them.

I didn't tell you to build your own, I offered it as a possible solution to get what you want.

Perhaps we're all a little sensitive given the state of things?

Maybe at first glanc, but the Q looks more intimidating than it really is. I think it's the red knobs. lol

It's really just a 4-band EQ, with some extra tricks as icing on the cake. On my list to try: set the mid frequencies the same as the Minnow in Jayme Lewis' video and play with some sounds!
