Haven’t seen that...curious, do you know the dimensions? Not sure how new this is, from my FB feed today. As there was talk I think in this thread about a pre to power cabs, or more accurately, pedal-board bass amp.

Has anyone tried the Blackbird Vaccum Tube Preamp by Effectrode? The LA1A seems to be good, so how does the preamp pedal stack up?
If I could find one, I’m guessing I’d use a P-15 after my little Nano board. Just set it next to it, leave my little board as is for any amp gigs.
I am fond of the P-15. With the Squeezebox in front of it makes for fat and sweet. The EQ on the Broughton is useful. The EQ dial in the Squeezebox serves like a tone control to further refine.

Sigh, me too. Probably the only thing that I’ve sold and immediately and for every minute since, regretted it.I wish I still had my P-15...![]()

Thankfully I’ve got a TT800 to play with that’s got a couple of new preamps in it. And I can finally A/B my SSDI through it and directly compare it to another Fender tone stack based pre (Boogie channel) so I’m still having a ton o fun anyway. But I’d get another P-15 in a heartbeat if I could.
That’s the one piece of gear I think Josh should hire a minion to build. There is an extreme shortage of P-15s in the world!Sigh, me too. Probably the only thing that I’ve sold and immediately and for every minute since, regretted it.
