Yes, that is true unfortunately. The plan was the same ratio as the original Ray’s but it didn’t quite work with the control plate, and I decided that a little bit of difference was going to be just fine by me, but I definitely originally wanted to put it in the original ‘sweet spot’

yes, that was the platform, moved back and replaced and an Aguilar 2-band pre added

Was a compromise hybrid ray/jag that didn’t leave screwholes

though now that you say it it does have like a Sylvester the cat vibe

the guard is mint though vs white

No way I could make use of a pickup that close to the bridge. But it looks great.
