Cool. I was just playing my old 78 Pbass with the LTF's on it. What kind of music do you play with that setup?
Did you get the volume /pull for passive feature? Trickfish supplied the volume pot/passive pot wired up and ready to install.

I'm a guitarist who likes to play bass, but I used to always take my guitars in to Mike for setups/mods. I've had a couple guitars refretted & Plekked there too. Mike was always super cool and of course his work was stellar. RIP.
the Lull shop was the first place i visited when I moved to Redmond, WA in 2016.
it was early Sunday morning, i parked in front of the shop just to take a picture of the Lull sign.
the door opened, it was Mike - he invited me in and gave me a tour.
i took ALL my guitars and basses to his shop.
i would run into him around town at coffee shops. he would ALWAYS take the time to chat.
Mike was a brilliant human.
Along with my recent M4V upgrade, i took my Ibanez EHB-1505 for a thorough setup.
it's masterwork now - crazy the magic they do there.
Spencer is at the same level - i sat and chatted with him yesterday for an extended time.
Gracious beyond measure.
I met Mike once and Spencer several times at their shop. both super cool. I love that I can take my basses there with the utmost confidence that they will be treated with care and expertise. And they're not even Lull's. Although I do need to take my newly acquired M4v over for a tune up and once over.
Since my favorite guitar tech here stopped doing repairs and went to building acoustic guitars, I've been wishing I lived closer to the Lull shop. Shipping a bass from my location runs about $210 via FedEx.
Well, that's still cheaper than moving to Bellevue, WA….

This bass arrived yesterday. I put some DR Sunbeams on it and spent a few hours playing it. The Trickfish IPA preamp is absolutely stellar! It doesn't really impart its own color, but still makes everything better. It sounds like a slightly better version of the bass' passive tone, which is great. I'm really digging what the 35" scale does for the B string. It has so much clarity and heft.
