Yeah, that price is very reasonable. It's barely a year old and it looks brand new, and unless it's got an issue that isn't listed on the ad, I would pay the asking price.

I had to look twice, but I see you got the 4-string Fralins.
I love, love, love, my Lindy Fralins. However, to get a set for my Lull M5V 5-string, I had to send my Nordstrand NJ5s in for Fralin to rewind. To hear Lindy explain it, the M5V jazz pickup cut-outs are shorter than the usual Fender 4-string and 5-string Jazz pickups (and I've never asked Spencer about that, didn't see the need). Apparently, Nord and others will make pickups for the M5V size, but Fralin, being a smaller shop, doesn't have a form to make the bobbin for that size of pickup. However, he took my Nordstrands and re-wound to Fralin specs. And I was very, very happy with the results.
Speaking of pickups, can anyone here provide a comparison between the various Jazz pickups (especially single coil) available as options at Lull? I have the stock SDs in my M5V (and find them to be a good match with the Sadowsky preamp) but am considering a new M5V build and am wondering what I should go with pickup-wise (thinking of going with the two band Nordstrand preamp option).
On my M5V that is my main heart & soul forever bass, I went through the stock Bart preamp, then a Nord, then a John East J Retro, which I really liked for a couple of years.
Recently, Spencer and a couple of other guys have been really promoting the Trickfish IPA preamp. I got curious and installed the IPA several days ago and I'm really, really liking it a lot. To my ears, it's a more neutral, more open, but still with a character to it. It's said that with all EQ controls flat, it sounds very much like a good ol' passive jazz, which I feel is accurate, at least as I remember those basses sounding (it's been a while…
).A good friend is having the IPA installed in his new M5V and I'm really excited for him to hear it.

(Oh, sorry, I just realized you were asking about pickups, not preamps. Sorry. I went with Nordstrand Vintage 70s wind single coils, but there seemed to be an odd "bite" to their tone that I grew to not like. So I sent those Nord pickups to Lindy Fralin and he re-wound them to Fralin specs. I'm very pleased with those pickups now.
However, you can't just order Fralin 5-string pickups that will fit the M5V. They are shorter than the standard Fender 5/string pups sizes. And Fralin is still a small operation and doesn't have a form for 5-string pups that size (whew, finger getting tired!). That's why I sent in my Nords to Fralin for him to rewind.

I still don't know which pickups are in my 2002 V4 body. According to Paul: "More than likely it has Lindy Fralin pickups."
However, I suspect they're some kind of hum-cancelling Fralins. Because I don't experience the bass humming much.
Never looked under the hood. And between 2018 and 2022 it was the bass I played live the most. Go figure...

Interested in this as well. My M5 I believe has the standard single-coil Lull/SD setup, they seem a little noisy when I favor the neck or bridge pickup, but through my FX they absolutely crush and are so transparent, it's quite something else. It's like my drive and modulation just 'mix' with the sound of the bass, instead of the bass just making those pedals sound 'louder', if that makes any sense. I believe mine are the 67/70 spacing, but I have an email out to Spencer and owe him a call to get a deep-dive and the factory-direct build specs, which what I have is probably pretty accurate, but would like some confirmation.
I have missed the Bart preamp sooo much!! On my next one I definitely will do something different but ugh, it just sounds and feels like home with that NTMB+F setup. I definitely need to boost the Output though to have more unity gain across my instruments.
I've heard good things about the IPA as well. Don't have a bass ATM I can throw it in, but the crew at Fatbasstone.com (which are great btw, ordered from them numerous times) really recommend it as well.
