The Bass Shop in Seattle often has lots of Lulls in stock, and there are a few P4s there now IIRC.Thanks for the reply. I didn't mean to imply that there were 'good' and 'bad' eras. I have no doubt that they are constantly refining their builds. I have a newer Lull J4, so I can see the quality is top notch. Maybe a better wording is how hard would it be to find a 'specific' bass from a 'specific' era? I don't have an issue looking at newer Lulls, but I want to get all the info I can before making any moves and listing my current basses for sale.
