Do you need certain strings if the Lull has the through-the-body feature for the B string?

Any long scale string should work. I use mostly DR Sunbeams, but also Ernie Ball 45-130 and D'Addario EFX170-5, as well as, SITs.

34" scale length, 1.75" nut, ash, rosewood, white w/white pickuard, Lull/Duncan singles, 2-band Bart pre. It will also be routed for a neck P incase I want to switch it later.

Time for me to start hunting for a nice used Lull P in a color I like. I don't know that I want to take the hit for a new one just now. I suppose I could just play what I have for awhile and build some chops before adding to the flock.

There's a nice P5 in the classifieds at the moment. Trans orange. Don't know if that's a color you like but I think it's smokin'. if I had the extra coin, it would be on its way to me!

I did see that. I don't know how I feel about 5 strings. I need to go put my paws on one next time I am near Mike's shop. On a related note I need a better strap for my NRT4. The head wants to dive a bit. I guess the trick is just not to let go.

Tony how's the new bass???

I got Gary's TC4 yesterday. Plays nice and sounds better then any active I have ever had.... But I can never dial in a good tone with my SVT2 and 8-10 cab with an active bass!! Maybe it's time for a new amp! The passive lulls sound amazing!! Maybe I will throw on some flats and see how it is.

Have you considered going GK? They work so well for both Active & Passive.
