I told Mike about 2 weeks ago to add me to every list he had. So hopefully I'm on it.

Seriously, that would be awesome. We should start a petition for 9v and top jacks. "Look we will commit to buying all these pedals IF you go 9v", HAHAHAHA....
He has told me that he will use 9v and top jacks wherever possible. For the octave and TruTron he claims he needs the additional headroom 12vac gives him. But if he didn't, he wouldn't use it. So I am not sure why you would need it on a Phasor

Building a new Moog board (check it in the Moog thread- link in my sig), has allowed me to put together this MuTron board of yummyness!

Really excited. I still can't believe he accepted my offer. About 18 months ago I turned one down at a similar price because I had never spent that much on a pedal. Now I see them going for 2-3x what that offer was. So I thought I am never going to get one of these anymore. Well....
This means all I am missing from a compete Mutron collection is a flanger, a Mutron V (does anyone have one? are they completely useless?) and then the crazy stuff like the digital delay etc. Representa,

No - the Biphase is two Phasor IIs, linked or separate with the ability to mix them in real time and adjust each rate with an expression.
The Phasor I and Phasor IIs are quite different. The I is lusher, softer, less extreme. The II can melt planets.
