L.A. looks tight right now. I love the fact that they're picking off these high-seeded teams & their fancy star players.
What little I've been watching of NY/NJ's postseason matches looked dirty & lacking finesse but no doubt respect to Brodeur & Lundqvist.
Go Kings. I'm less angry now.

Honestly, I'd rather see the team that Wayne built beat the team that Wayne coached...

I'm still a little butt-hurt over the loss too. We were a better team than to be beat by a team that was riding a hot goalie. We fell apart after the OT game, and it was really frustrating to watch one of the most talented teams we've ever fielded tank against Phoenix.

So this game ends up being almost an exact replica of Game 1. Lundqvist is to thank for most of that. An amazing fact is that we've had powerplay goals in each game this series so far. Shocker.

I gotta say, I'm more and more impressed by Kreider every game. Anyone know what constitutes as a rookie season, because it would be a shame if he gets jipped out of a full rookie season here.

We'll see tomorrow if the Kings can sweep and stay nice and well rested for the Stanley Cup Finals.

Not untill Crosby becomes a coach. lol.

Tortorella is a tool bag. He is such a jackass. Treats his players like children and is completely disrespectful of any media. Just acts like his @#$& dont stink. But he is getting results.

You know what, as compared to Tom Renney, I think I definitely prefer Torts as head coach, despite any shortcomings he may have. If nothing else, he can be entertaining to watch, and as noted, he is definitely getting results through whatever madness he utilizes.

Tom Renney, on the other hand, was kind of a wet noodle who would back down too easily and wouldn't stick to his own system, which caused our downfall in many playoff series'. Before that Sather was coaching..... no more needs to be said.

Still though, it's kind of unnerving to see him disregard the media constantly. This is a team in NEW YORK CITY. C'mon... you're going to have to deal with media, and an absurd amount of it, especially if you plan on doing well. You'll notice that when the team does really well, then he becomes very vocal! The man cannot take a loss and is very emotional about the team.
