I've been meaning to change mine for a while to, lost the hair back in february so it's a bit of a misnomer.

Yeah, you can replace flat bench with incline (hits the pecs differently). But, if you are still getting improvements with flat bench, I'd keep at it until you hit a plateau and start struggling.

Switch up what you are doing when you get bored or aren't gaining, thats my look at things anyway.
 
I'm taking suggestions for my new name so if you have one then throw it out there.

I didn't stall on the flat bench last time but it was difficult, I might switch to incline just untill my OHP starts to get off the ground.

I've had a look at my current diet and I need to add around 500cals to it (which was a shock) and I'm on a budget so I thought i'd try coconut milk as a bit of a weight gainer. one 400ml can contains over 500cals and at 50p-£1 a can it's pretty cheap.
 
Today was brutal, 5x5 Squat with 90% 5RM (I used 315) with 45 second rest between sets. 10X2 Bench press with 65% 1RM (I used 265) with 30 second rest. Then 3 300yd shuttle runs (50 yards up and back 3 times is one). Just another day of CrossFit Football!!

You can only change from a nickname to your real name or real name to nickname. So that narrows down your choice :p

Why add calories for the sake of adding calories? You say you need to add to your diet, what is your current calorific intake?

Power Clean w/ 75% Body weight (for me 145)
Pull-Up

for those unfamiliar with CrossFit, that means 10 Cleans, 10 pull-up, 9 cleans, 9 pull-up, and so on down to one. Best part is, you get no breaks because it is all for time! At first we thought it didn't sound all that bad, but once you get to the set of 8 you are cashed and the cleans do not get any easier as you go downhill.
 
I've put in to have my name changed, so don't worry when all Bass junkies posts dissapear and then return with a strange name.

Was a bit annoyed at having to use full name rather than first name but it's fair enough :)

Going to measure up tomorrow in preperation for the new routine that mohawks eventually going to join in with. I know my guts gotten bigger, it's jiggling a bit more than it used to :p once I hit 75kg I'm going to cut to about 10 maybe 12% bf depending on how and how long it takes me (I'm 16% atm) and how I look and then bulk up again. At least then I'll be able to see some muscle definition which will give me an extra moral boost :)
 
Otso, you'd be interested to know that I'm going to spend my summer in Espoo - I'm bunking near Kilo station. Would you happen to know what would be a good gym around there?

I actually don't live in Espoo anymore, I moved to Lauttasaari a few months ago :). I used to go to the Esport Center gym there, in Niittykumpu, but it's probably not the closest gym to Kilo. It's a pretty big gym, and there's another big gym in the new Esport Arena sports centre, right next to it.
 
CrossFit Football today...

21,15,9

225lb Deadlift
2 pood (70lb) Kettlebell swings.

Exercises are combined as in 21 deadlift, 21 swing then to 15 and all for time.

I posted 7:14 seconds, lost my shirt after the first 21 deadlifts and got a bloody nose from exertion. I love these workouts!!!:bassist:
