I watched the video where they explained the pronunciation, but the phonetic is much easier to remember. Spelling it though, I have to take two letters at a time.Marush chic

This is the photo of the wood Adrian sent me, warning me it was a lighter color wood and the last piece he had of Caribbean Rosewood for the top. Sent me more options, because of the color.
Here is the photo:
And a darker alternative of another piece of rosewood:
I went with the lighter and simpler peace, i liked it very much.
And here is the result!
I asked for some simple changes that are not in the configurator and Adrian did them all, no extra charge.
Dimples in the knobs.
16.5mm bridge spacing.
Front jack input.
Ramp.
The deal was made with Mark from Bassdirect.co.uk, with 3 basses part exchange plus the remaining cash. Thank you Mark for your help and thank you Adrian for that beautiful peace of art!

I don’t know if those are the same Aguilars, but I played some dual coils in a high end Ibanez I’m Guitar Center years ago that had an AWFUL setup, but the pickups sounded absolutely amazing. And your bass looks great btw!

I original went with the Aguilar Super doubles, but I switched to the DCB because the poles on the super doubles wouldn't align with the strings, because of the 16.5mm spacing.
The DCB are blades, and the sound seems to be a little bit less aggressive than the super doubles.
I don't know where the bass is, ahah!
Mark (Bassdirect.co.uk) sent me the picture last night, after dinner. Maybe it's still with Adrian. It would make sense if Adrian would ship it directly to me, instead of to England first. One less trip, one less expense (for them) and less risk, too.
Ordered another bass !
