The Maruszczyk build configurator is the best feature of any bass manufacturer's website. Sandberg has a nice configurator too, but I like Public-Peace's version best.

Does anybody know if they downsize their bodies for 30" and 32" scale basses?
I just compared my two Elwoods I posted this afternoon - the quilted one is 32“ while the Absolution is 34“. The body of the 32“ is slightly smaller.
It's ready!! So fast!!
This is the mock up:

This is the photo of the wood Adrian sent me, warning me it was a lighter color wood and the last piece he had of Caribbean Rosewood for the top. Sent me more options, because of the color.
Here is the photo:

And a darker alternative of another piece of rosewood:

I went with the lighter and simpler peace, i liked it very much.
And here is the result!

I asked for some simple changes that are not in the configurator and Adrian did them all, no extra charge.
Dimples in the knobs.
16.5mm bridge spacing.
Front jack input.
Ramp.
The deal was made with Mark from Bassdirect.co.uk, with 3 basses part exchange plus the remaining cash. Thank you Mark for your help and thank you Adrian for that beautiful peace of art!
Chic, indeed, ahah!
The e-mail with all the details was sent to Mark in 19th May.

The Elwood looks different too. I posted the 5 string 30” I just bought a little earlier and you can see it’s slimmed down more like a sadowsky body.Does anybody know if they downsize their bodies for 30" and 32" scale basses?
OBVIOUSLY, FedEx being FedEx, my bass is taking forever and they can’t even give me a delivery date.
It left Germany on Tuesday, to then go to the Netherlands, then Belgium, then delayed because of some measures taken in Paris, France...
Can’t they just fly the bass from Germany to the UK, like UPS would?!!
I think that depends on what the sender pays. The basic package normally is by road and stops many times. If you pay extra, it goes by plain.
Are all truss rods on Maruszczyk/Mensinger basses reverse thread (i.e. counterclockwise straightens the neck, clockwise adds up bow)?
Yep...
Thank you!
.....and one more question to any of you that have the carbon fiber rods in your Maruszczyk/Mensinger neck,....do you find the truss rod has very limited impact on the neck, compared to "traditional" Fender-type necks?
I find very small adjustments go a very long way on my Frogs, super sensitive.
