This is the photo of the wood Adrian sent me, warning me it was a lighter color wood and the last piece he had of Caribbean Rosewood for the top. Sent me more options, because of the color.

I went with the lighter and simpler peace, i liked it very much.

I asked for some simple changes that are not in the configurator and Adrian did them all, no extra charge.
Dimples in the knobs.
16.5mm bridge spacing.
Front jack input.
Ramp.

First impressions are great!
The bass looks big in the couch photo, but it isn't, it's very well made in proportion to the 32" scale. Very balanced, too. Perfect on the strap and it balances very well when seated.
I had to raise the action, of course, they always come unplayable to me, with 1mm at 12th fret. So much buzz. I put it at 2mm, where I like it and it plays great. The strings are too bright, though. I'll let them settle, but I think I'm going to change them later on.
The gigbag is great, too. I payed for the better one and it was a good move. It's a gigbag, but it's rigid.
What I love:
- The build, the woods, the colors, the feeling, the balance.
- The neck.
- The finish.
- The position my right hand naturally sits, on the ramp and neck pickup.
- The sound. Modern, detailed. I'll have to practice. I can't get away with less than perfect technique like on the Serek with that classic rough P sound with the Guild Bisonic pickup.
- The abalone dots and "M" badge. Beautiful.
What I like:
- The fretboard. Dark with nuances, but I would like more nuance, visually only.
- The wood covers for the electronics. Would have loved it if they weren't darker than the back.
- The Volume, Balance and Bass. Very good.
- The luminlays. Cool feature.
What I "meh" :
- The drop tuner. The lever moves too much, but it is like that. When I detune it, it moves a lot, there is no stop. Not the sound, the lever. But they are build like that, I'll just have to get used to it. I won't be using it very much, though.
What I don't like:
- The strings. Too bright. Especially the C. I'm used to TI Flats, the C sound on them is beautiful.
- The treble knob. Maybe it's the strings.
- The sticker on the E side of the ramp keeps coming loose. Easy fix, though. Advantage, the ramp seems to come off if I want it to.
What worries me:
- The tone knob on passive mode. Can't hear any difference. It's on the treble knob, apparantely. Maybe it's very subtle and not obvious, like in passive basses?
- The middle knob. Don't like it at all. And it changes the volume significantly. More middle, more volume, less middle, less volume. What is this? Any help, please?
Can anyone tell me if I can put my TI Flats 34" on this bass (32")?
