I do like that Cazpar. I'm having trouble deciding between a 34-inch Frog (BEADG), 32-inch Frog (EADGC), and a 30-inch Cazpar (EADGC). Eventually I want a B-G and an E-C; the question is, which order and which model for the high-C bass?
I'm going through the same thing .... Which to string E-C and which to string B-G ..... the answer will inevitably which will sound the best BUT you also have to take into question the fact that you may have to change the nut on one or both of those basses to even allow you to try going from B-G to E-C

So, tried Delano Delano PC 4 AL + JC 4 AL set on my Jake - sooo much more mids than Haussels! Haussel is a bit "fat" and "sterile" sounding, but lacks sound of "true" singles)
P.S.: Obviously sticked to Delano's - I only regret that there was no chance to buy their pups with large pole pieces. Dem Russia![]()
Can't......resist..........

I'm hoping you guys can help out. The 5-strings with narrower spacing, say 17mm and 18mm, does Maruszczyk shave the necks down to match the spacing or do they use a standard neck? I've read some about Sadowsky who offers 18mm spacing but uses a standard neck so the strings are more inward on the neck if going with tighter spacing.
Sorry, I can't help....Don't play 5 stringers....I'm hoping you guys can help out. I can't remember anyone here saying that they had a Sputnik.....Can anyone with both the sputnik and the frog share you experience?
Before I pull the trigger, I really wanna know which model has better playability, more potential to get extreme lightweight <3.5kg, and their balance!
I can't remember anyone here saying that they had a Sputnik.....
Very much doubt that anyone has both a Sputnik AND a Frog.....

Aw that's too bad.
From Adrian's official website I see that many of the sputnik reaches 3.5kg range but there is only one frog that is around that range (from their list). I wonder what is it that makes some of the sputnik so light in weight and whether frog plays better on stage or sputnik!
