It's a pretty bass ... but you need to LOVE it obviously. What's your recourse?
I agree, that doesn't look right or like anything else on the configurator color chart. Just comparing your photo to my sofa shot, yours looks to be a much cooler color balance overall. It might be OK in person, but I'd ask for some other prictures.
I've Just finished a series of mails with Adrian and he's assured me that the "Too blue" in the sofa shot is down to the color balance of the camera that was used and that the actual bass is, indeed, Bruno blue with much more green in it.....
I've decided to trust him on this one.....

My basses all looked a little different in the sofa shots than in real life.
Nice man!!! You got the same pickup config as my Sandberg TM4! What pickups are in it? Blue is a difficult color to catch on phot. I’m sure it will be fine! Don’t have sleepless nights on it, except for the excitement you feel when it arrives.
Neck pickup is an Aguilar AG 4J-HC....
Bridge is Aguilar AG 4M....

My bass is now 3 months (Sunday) on its way! Let me know how the Aguilar 4J-HC sounds. I’m gonna have the same pickup on my bass (5-string). There is a difference though, cause I have it in the bridge position.
In my opinion, the Aguilar 4J-HC pickups sound somewhere between the 60s and the 70s variants that they offer. They actually have a video comparing the differences of their Jazz pickups. That video uses the same bass.....
I hope it turns out just like you wanted it. My Jake isn't in bruo blue but rather blueburst, and what I can tell you that in most lighting conditions the colours definitely aren't as vibrant as my couch shot. They almost look oversaturated in the photo. Yours also doesn't look like any of their other blue tones.
that's also another picture I found of a "normal" bruno blue bass with a glossy finish, not computer generated and not a bruno blue burst. I would think that the colour should come out that way.
The fact that the blue in the sofa shot doesn't look like any of their other blue tones is what convinced me to trust Adrians word that the actual bass isn't as "Blue" as it looks.....if that makes sense.....
It ships on Monday so time will tell.....
Again, hoping everything turns out fine. But I wouldn't hesitate to complain/negotiate at the very least if it doesn't turn out the way the colour is presented on the store. I think almost all of us have had really positive experiences so far with maruszczyk basses but that's absolutely no reason to accept subpar quality/misleading pictures/graphics or anything along those lines.
