To the best of my knowledge, there was natural ash, black, white, red, sunburst and I've seen a blue one, but I couldn't say for sure whether it's factory or not.
Humm...no big flake silver sparkle? I may have to rethink this.

Now theres a color combination I have never seen before....
One of the rarebird red T-40's is on the 'bay right now. I think the asking price may be a bit high, but you never know with a hard to find color.

My first bass was a Peavey, don't remember what kind but it had active p/u's. I played through an 1810 (1x18/2x10's)cabinet for 10 years or so (up until I stopped gigging).
Just started playing again and have a Combo 300 en route via UPS as we speak (hopefully it fits in my car!). I've always liked the sound of their cabs, indestructable as well.
Great site by the way, I just signed up.
Welcome to Talkbass! The Combo 300 is a great sounding, loud amp. Hope the fact that it weighs about 120 lbs doesn't bother you too much.
There was a factory blue, I can't remember what it was called. That is the rarest of all, IIRC.
JoeDOH!!!
That looks hot, or cool![]()
