A rock and roll machine.
Fender AVS 1957 reissue. August 1982 neck date, plastic wiring, weight 8 lbs, nitro finish is very checked.
Looks more like 52 years old than 27. Picked it up cheap about 6 years ago.

Here's my collection as it stands. Notice the abundance of cheap basses!

The pairing of the basses (two olp's, two spector's, the warwick and the warwick-knock-off Dean positioned as such) was a complete coincidence. I just noticed that now.

Trade than sell is what he does... I guess it's good he never becomes attached to his basses LOL He's the best

Much to learn you have young padawan:p

tommy i have not really made much money trading and dealing , after all buying and selling in the past year probably around 800$, i never buy hoping to profit , but i ALWAYS buy at a price i know i can never lose money on re-sale.

GAS is just so hard:crying: i sold everything and then got a t40 and realized that i want a stingray and P bass again(like jim's above) , i confuse myself.

An old sentimental dusty. A 73 Melodier. The first bass I ever owned. gift from my father in 1977. My dad passes away in 1992 and as a tribute to my father, this bass got an upgrade with Duncan Antiquities Set, Gotoh Tuners, Baddass Bridge, CTS pots, Orange Cap and D'Addario Strings. Thanks Dad...I miss you.

A sweet Samick I still own. Converted it to 18 volts for more headroom. Has an Aguilar Pre in it.

I just powered through this thread, and my goodness, bass guitars are real purdy. One of my favorite images was the dark wood pickguard on the light wood TBC many pages back.

After only acquiring basses, I am getting ready to release a couple, so I decided to take some group pix before my family shrinks. I will be donating the Hohner B Bass V to my daughters old Middle school.
