My lineup has changed quite a bit since the last time i posted. Trying to stick to 4 basses (2 Ps / 2 Js one with flats one with rounds)

This is my beauty... modified with Schaller 3D5 bridge, 2x Basslines SMB-5D and Bartolini NTMB-918F
both magnets have parallel/series switch, volume knob is push/pull for active/pasive and mid control has a switch for 250Hz, 500Hz and 800Hz
I've had 5 basses in the past but narrowed it down to this one.... Cort GB75P

OK. How good are Squiers? The crap I see at the pawn are Squiers. They sell for pennies on the dollar. I have similar considerations of inferior something with Sterling and wonder why they even exist. I know I paid WAY too much for my EBMM Stinkray Classic 4. I'd trade it for your average USA made Jazz. Maybe a MIJ or Mexican special. But -- I dunno nothin' except how to make music on any brand or model. You know -- get a sound outta anything. That I can do and was born to do.

I agree. Some of these bass guitars are extraordinary. Too bad I can't afford a single one. I mean, they're more works of art that should hang in a museum. But I digress. Some of the work on P basses show great craftsmanship and care to what is a most basic electric instrument. The basic sound must be the same, sans electronic upgrades, yes? No way would I take 99% of these out to work. Maybe I'm just a practical snob. Yes. Yes I am....

The Squier" I just used the "1997 Body" The Chandler Neck Fit This Like a Glove, and the Body was a PJ not just a P Bass or a Jazz This Baby plays like a Dream with Tone that is a Beauty in Sounds,and, the Wood in this 97 Body'Is not Cheap wood like today Bodys,
