I spoke to you about this on another thread, but wanted to say again how sincerely freakin' happy and excited I am for you!

That is just a killer, badass, beautiful instrument.

I truly hope you get some time this weekend to bond with it.

Again, many congratulations and may it bring you many decades of pleasure.

Thank you much! I have bonded fast and so looking forward to many many more weekends! My only problem is my son he wants to steal it from me! That little tyre has his own Fender Strat

Thank you so much for the kind words Brother!

Going to be some fun A/Bing tonight! Deluxe active on left; American Special on the right!

View attachment 3143058 Decided I’m down to just two now, which is personally how I like it best. So it’s a 66 P Bass with flats and a Stingray Special :D

That should cover the bases. Er...basses.

Nice choices. Like you, I don't care to own more than a couple of basses. Maybe two workhorses and something like a fretless ABG for quieter practice/knocking around at home...

My MIA 2012 FSR Honey Burst P Bass Project, up graded the pickups to Classic 62 S/D, New Fender Black Pick Guard, New Pot Controls, Zero Mode Thumb Rest, New Neck - 70's wide 1.750" neck, HipShot Bad Ass Bridge with Brass Saddles, Strings are Chrome Med Flat Wounds 105- 50, Love the sound this P Bass makes , Old School 70;s is where I was going, and Brother we are there!
Now I got to figure what to do with the MIA P Bass Neck? I pick this bass up every day to practice, just as much as my G&L L2000
My P Bass was set up by Music Service Center Greg is a great guitar and bass tech! Invalid Link Removed
