very true some basses need that plate some don't , it's cool of them to provide it .

ebay ! Dunlop super pots "sealed" Bass tonestyler and my new favorite part the pure tone jacks .

replaces the tone pot in a P bass , check it
10 different settings , I just did a quick sloppy test of some well executed farts , 3 passes each then I switched to the next eq click one up . 10 times so hang in there :oops: :D I started on the bass setting from left to right bass to "no load " tone pot on the other end . The click before no load is "normal" with tone pot full up as a stock eq setting . But already in "bass" mode it's way more musical and dialed in that just rolling the tone down on a p . Easy way to get many cool & usable toans in a P . and some poopy maybe

1996 Schecter U.S. “S series” they were originally oil finish. Came in natural, blue and i think red dyed. P’s , J’s and strats. The custom shop still makes the J’s and strats I believe. Pat Wilkins did the LPB a few years ago. Pat is an original Schecter employee btw and still does some finishing for the custom shop. Here it had the original DiMarzio split but i put in a Sheptone for a more traditional p tone. Its the only bass I haven’t flipped yet and never will. The neck is simply incredible and these s series are fantastic custom shop instruments. I picked it up from bass NW many years ago \m/\m/
