It's a killer amp , Jeff at Mortatone built it . It's a Fender Super with a EF86 in the pre with it's own gain . It pretty much feels like you have total control over the power amp distortion with that gain on the EF86 , it's big , ballsy and full of chime . It's a bad mofo

Love it. I like the “stfu”. U are very unique, fretno. After my kids move out i think im gonna start aquiring gear and toys. Lol

Ha ! I can't take credit for that Dude , that was all Mortatones idea , It was my idea to have him make a solid walnut 1x10 and Bubinga shell for the Ashdown LB though & GK 800 shell \m/\m/ . I am winding down though these days , just improving on and tweaking gear I already have . I don't think I have room for any more either :D Thank God wifey doesn't care about the wall of sound in the bedroom , cats dig it too :smug:

Hi Mark, I have several EB/SG Std. Basses since 1969. This one is probably the best put together, and has the best tonal quality of any I can remember having. It's the 2019 series SG Std.

Hi and thanks for the info.

It looks great and I really like those.
I'm hoping to stumble upon an old copy one day - getting a new (or old for that matter) Gibson is a bit beyond my resources lol!

hbrrt.jpg Made this gal today. Fender MIM 50's body - nitro ,all new full Geezer Bulter p pups, tone, vol, jack. Tort pg on honey blonde, rosewood fb and bare rosewood neck (custom P from warmoth). Schaller tuners/tree (black). Gold fender PG screws. Ashtray and tug borrowed from my 60s AO. I like it, a lot. Aside from a bunch of waiting, or getting a little lucky, it was a great price for my first build (sub 1k for everything).
