L to R

1998 MIM Standard Jazz, now modded to be a JazzRay with a Bartolini MM PU, deleted neck PU and Aguilar OBP-2 pre. It's my number 1 wife bass, had it since new and so attached to it. Would have to be in dire straits to ever let go of it. And even then, it probably wouldn't be worth much.

2017 MIM Roadworn Jazz in 3TS, my "stock" Jazz. Such a beautiful sounding bass, the Mexicans got it right with this one.

2007 CIJ Mustang Bass in OCR with competition stripes. My wife bought it for me an an engagement present, she's still around today, and like the bass, a keeper.

2014 MIJ PB-57 in Vintage White. Has USA pickups and has the growl you want to hear over and over again. Did a bit of a Dee-dee Ramone homage with the black PG/White/Maple combo.

2018 MIM Player Precision in Tidepool. This one is in a state of change. I have bought a Capri Orange Player as it comes with a Pau Ferro fretboard. I wanted an LPB-like Precision with a Rosewood-like fretboard, and there were either super expensive American Originals, or questionable condition used MIJ 62' Precisions (which the used market has zero of currently, in Australia anyway). So, I will do a neck swap and have already lined up a buyer for the Capri/Maple P. I advertised on FB with all the possible colours and let the buyer guide me to what colour they wanted. Zero risk on my part! The plastics are still on the tuners on the maple neck. The Capri should be here next week, along with some flats and an ashtray set. Expect a NBD post once that happens.
