The official "Show your basses" thread part 19!

My 1982 Fender Precision Special in Arctic White (although looks like Olympic White to me) which I purchased brand new back in 1983, my 1987 Hohner B2A Headless, and my 2006 (I think) Fender BG-29 Acoustic/Electric.

Found a VM Squier Fretless local - had been wanting to try one of these but they are hard to find, and I didn't want to spend $70 shipping on a $300 instrument. Well damn, this thing is epic! I now have a lovey pair of arguably the most highly rated Squiers ever made. (MF Precision being the other one). Just look at that Squier neck flame!

Happy.

Nice find! Those MF basses do have nice necks. I had one quite a while, I got along with it.

Yah thanks! They had one of the newer models there too with the pau ferro board and tort guard. And the difference was night and day. Apparently i nabbed it before the bassist employee could to haha (they have to wait 14 days on used gear that comes in before they can buy)

This is hard for sellers of $300 (or less!) basses - that's what it cost to ship a bass regardless of worth, and that's probably w/o a HSC or even a gig-bag. Shipping a bass in a HSC can cost $100 or more to ship. I think it's why most go through craigslist or if eBay "local pick-up only".

I am loving that green Thunderbird style in the bottom right. What brand/ model is it?
That is a Low Down Bass T-bird made by Tim Seisser. It had three Nordstrand big singles and a Nordstrand 2band pre. It was a great bass that I just didn’t play enough, so I sold it last summer. I know the current owner is around here somewhere, but I’m not sure of his TB handle. He replaced the pickguard with a clear acrylic and it looks killer.
