Well.. I've posted these three in here before..
But now they're sitting next to this one...
I guess it's nice to have a couple backup basses.. I'm not sure whether the Ibby or the Sire is my beater yet.. but it'll probably be the one I leave at the jam spot for whichever band I'm in.

Is it a trick of the lens that the Sandberg on the right looks so much smaller? I know it's not on a stand and leaning back a bit, but it looks almost like a short scale.
Definitely a 35". That stand tilts back much more than the other stand, which is near vertical. Those California bodies are smaller than the fenders they copy, that could be adding to the illusion. It's also significantly heavier than the P.

So, this is my sunburst Tender PBass. Yes... that is Tender. Actually called a Tender Super Sounds.
I started a thread about it. I have two of them. Both imported from Japan. I understand made in the Matsumoku factory in the late 70s/early 80s. Alder body, maple/rosewood neck. I have never looked to see what the wiring looks like.
I purchased this bass very reasonably and it is nearly mint condition. Almost unplayed actually. Nice to see since it is about 40 years old. Also sort of sad as basses should be played.
I love playing it.

Love the Genzler setup. Crank the output, control the input. What's the unit you have on top?
Looks good with the P bass. Is it just me or is a bass player equal good looks and good licks.
Darkglass B7k. I have my pedal board packed up so I'm just using this and a compressor. I absolutely love the Genzler stuff. I'm saving up for one of their bass array cabs.
Me too I want a 12" array.
I asked another guy on here about it and he said it's the real deal.
But I play through headphones because of a new baby. So cool.

And now frankenbass is rebuilt, adjusted mostly apart from the E intonation. New fender strings on it and it plays... alright. The P bass flavour saves it from the scrap heap while I save up for a real one.

Move the E saddle south and it should intone - you have plenty of room.
Man, I wish I could share real photo of my basses and gear, the links will have to do. My phone (LG K-30) just won't allow me to upload photos to my computer. And I cannot attempt to use computer camera, because I don't want to damage my laptop. (Falling risk, you see).
