Funny that you mention it. I guy I'm FB friends with in France liked it so much he built one almost just like it, sans guard. Turned out good as best I can tell. Mine plays magically, cant speak to his but here is a picture of his clone.View attachment 4318413

there is no truss rod in those Vigiers but somehow they remain perfectly set with any string set .

I think it's the "mustache" that does it for me. ;-)

yeah, just comin back to post that it ain't no skunk stripe on the back... That is a solid beam of composite/graphitejust that chunk of graphite in a one piece Maple neck .
This might sound odd... but I'm more impressed that you have room to have 12 stands. You're either single or married to a saint.
