Waiter! I’ll have what he’s having!
Here is my collection as of today. From left to right: Squier Classic Vibe '60s Precision Bass; OLP MM2 with significant modifications; Fender Aerodyne; Schecter Studio 4.
As you can possibly tell from the strap and the fretwrap, I play the Aerodyne the most. I've also added dot inlays to the neck because I kept getting confused above the 12th fret. And yes, I know some people consider stickers sacrilege. But I found the all-black bass with no pickguard very boring. I had to spice it up.

Anytime I put stickers on a bass, I ended up taking them off. It's fun for awhile... (back to white now)
Bomb Pops were a 4th of July staple when I was a kid.
I mean, I grew up listening to punk rock. So I always thought stickers on basses looked cool and was never remotely conflicted about them. Didn't learn until later that a lot of people hate them.
But in this case, it's just driven by my desire to have a more colorful instrument. I did go out of my way to get stickers of bands/writers/artists/etc that I actually liked, rather than just slapping random stickers on there.

It's ok NoSlapForYou, I wasn't criticizing your choice of applying stickers - as you saw, I was attracted to them as well. I have a whole pile of various stickers that remain a pile of stickers un-stuck. They are more a collection at this point, like collecting stamps or postcards. Do what makes you happy as long as it's harmless!
Yeah me too. I covered my first drumset and all of my cases in stickers when I was younger but I just...don't anymore. Guess I'm old. But the result is that there are at least a dozen stickers sitting on my record shelf.
