Is it the series/parallel vol vol tone tone?
Go to Fender's site, and get the 07 Jazz schematic, and someone should be able to tell you how to add in a second tone pot.
Shouldn't be a big deal.
I got this on TB, but it deals with a standard push pull.
Don't remember seeing that one on the site. I'll have to check it again tomorrow....I probably should have thought of that. D'uh.
That diagram might just work. I'll need to take a peek underneath the S-1 switch and find how it's routed but I can probably get that to work.

Yes , that pick up design was originally to be incorporated onto the 1980 Spellbinder Basses. I had not completed the Patent work in time for our small production run of 53 instruments.

Wow, I bet its got some wild sounds, be really cool swapping into P setups, angles, and all kinds of odd combos!
