Yes, thank you, but honestly I don't think I've seen a Wick on this thread that I WOULDN'T be proud of owning! They are all so beautiful they give me "bass-boners" (sch-WING, lol). Warwick just knows what they're doing, plain and simple.
Speaking of... did you ever notice the upper horn of the Wicks??? LOL, LOL
Why does it seem like Warwick's are disappearing from dealers, stores, etc.???

I found this used at a Guitar Center for 400$
A 5 string Fortress One
I traded in my old peavey bxp for it, and payed the rest.
It was dirty and it needs new pots and certain parts, but i'm going to invest my time in bringing back the bass to look like new.
you scored big time! let me know if you decide you don't like it![]()
Ah I know I did, i saw it and only had 130$ on me, but i decided to put it on layaway, and trade in my Peavey Cirrus bxp, and some spare cash to pay it off.
Now to get those replacement parts... Anyone know a good online retailer to get them from?

Hey folks,
My buddy and I are having the same issues with our Warwicks. On 2 of my basses (Thumb Ltd 2006 and 'Vette 6 string), the tuners are shifting. Specifically, the shaft on which the string is wound is being pulled toward the nut. I've tightened the hex bolt , but it doesn't help.
This is happening on my friend's Thumb BO 6 as well. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Mr. Pickles
