The slap sound in warvicks are just "SMOOCH"

I have quite some basses now, and although my Warvick dont get so much studio/playing time, everytime I play it, I am amazed about the sound and how the neck improves over the years!

I'll be joining in about a week when I get my Streamer stage II thats on it's way to my door step. I'll post pics when I get it, but I'm sure most of you have seen it already it's been owned by some great TB'ers before me.

On a side note I was wondering what kind of stings you all like to compliment that great wick tone? I really dig the Stuart Zender tone if that helps any. Man I'm SO excited!!

Whats the wood specs on the 2 Infinity's (especially the far one) - they are gorgeous. Just the look I'm trying to achieve on my fretless Sei I'm just about to order.

The Infinity closest the the camera is a AAAAA Flame Maple top with Ovangol body. The other one is a AAAAA birdseye with ovangol.

They're semi-hollow bodies and they sound pretty damn goo. The Flame Maple INfinity is strung with a Hi C

Yeah the Infinitys play great..Although the Dolphin is made with the old Warwick neck (which I like more) Still, I take one of the 5's out to most every show...I am however having a custom bass built by Shawn May (www.maycustombasses.com) which will be a six string....Should be fun. I'm soooo pumped to get it put together!
